Prof. Dr. Vladimir Yakovlevich Martens is a distinguished physicist currently serving at the Department of Experimental Physics, North-Caucasus Federal University, Russia. He obtained his Engineer degree from Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics (TSUCSR), followed by a Ph.D. and Doctor of Technical Sciences from North-Caucasus Federal University . Throughout his career, he has served in multiple prestigious positions including Lecturer, Associate Professor, Department Head, and Research Group Leader.
